Payment Terms:  Invoiced at Net 30, subject to 2% lat fees on past due accounts. Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Visa are all accepted.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice

Freight:  Engine Clicks preferred carrier for parcel shipments is UPS. Orders will be shipped prepaid, and freight charges will be added to the invoice.

Order Cut Off Time: All parcel orders placed before 4:00 CT will be shipped the same day. LTD orders will ship within 48 hours.

Cancellations:  Orders or product cancellations must be communicated by 4:00 CT the same day of the order.  Any cancellation after 4:00 CT, the customer will need a RGA and responsible for both inbound and out bound freight charges.

Return Policy:

Customer Returns: All Customer Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee, and must have prior authorization before returning any product to Engine Click.All returns must be requested within 60 days of receipt of the order from Engine Click.

• All products will be subject to inspection and test and must be returned in re-sellable condition.
• All Product must be ship freight prepaid
• All Product must have prior return authorization
• Any product without the above requirements will be returned at the customers expense and no credit issued

Defective Parts
All Defective Returns must have prior authorization before returning any product to Engine Click

Engine Click will inspect and test all defective product returns, and credit will be issued or Engine Click reserves the right to replace or repair and replace the product. Engine Click accepts no liability to any additional product or labor cost created by the defective part, other that credit for the original part or replacement of product.
